boohoo.com introduces The Zendaya Edit

Zendaya curated her favorite pieces from the boohoo.com Spring 2018 collection, which launched globally this week!

International etailer, boohoo.com, is excited to announce a specially curated edit of the newest Spring Collection by Zendaya. The boohoo Spring Collection references a range of fresh trends found on the runways including Tailored Sports, Safari Leisure, Bohemian Wanderer and Garden Party. Athleisure brights, pastels and whites are prevalent throughout the collection and The Zendaya Edit pulls from these trends to create the curated edit, representative of Zendaya’s personal style.

The American Actress edited a 50+ piece collection, where she handpicked a range of boohoo.com ready-to-wear pieces which launched globally online at boohoo.com on 21st March. The product featured in the boohoo.com collection was selected by Zendaya herself and includes denim, slogan tee’s, athleisure, stripes in pastel palettes and more with a nod to the 90’s. The product ranges from €10- €65 and will be available in UK sizes 2-22. Additionally, to celebrate the partnership and Spring launch, Boohoo is set to host a throw-back to the 90’s party in Los Angeles.

The Zendaya Edit campaign shoot took place in Los Angeles at a private location in Brentwood, California styled by Law Roach, the man behind Zendaya’s iconic fashion moments, and photographed by Zoey Grossman. Zendaya is photographed in key styles including coloured denim, slogan tees, and athlesuire.

Q&A with Zendaya:

What is it about boohoo.com that drew you into this partnership?
I know my fans, and I know what’s important to them. They are chic, fashion forward and love clothes, but like most people, wanna be able to ball on a budget. So I felt this was a perfect fit, to help them choose some easy pieces that aren’t just “trendy” but also attainable.

What was it like working with boohoo.com?
It’s been amazing, I love working with brands that allow you to be creative and collaborate. Picking things out was the best part. I’ve definitely been able to add my flare to things.

How would you describe your personal style?
I think the best thing about my personal style is I don’t have just one.

Are there specific occasions you had in mind while you worked on he boohoo.com x Zendaya edit?
I always like to think of the dress up/dress down concept. I feel like it was important that every piece I chose should have that versatility so people can get the most form their looks. Sometimes all it takes is a change of shoe.

How would you describe the vibe of the boohoo.com edit?
Effortless, simple and cool.

How is this collection distinctly Zendaya?
I think it’s eclectic like my style but somehow all works together…like my style.

Do you have any favourite pieces?
There’s a few silky pieces I love, this almost pj-esque set, a striped slip dress and a two piece lavender suit.

Who is your style inspiration?
Law for sure, he’s basically taught me everything I know about fashion and given me the confidence to be fearless in whatever I wear.

Who are you hoping will wear this collection?
Any and everybody who loves clothes.
